Meet Our Founder + Owner
Shawn Schrader
Shawn started working on home construction immediately after graduation from College and has been involved in real estate and construction ever since. Born from a family of construction entrepreneurs, he has a unique skill set that allows him to understand all aspects of building, as well as all of the trades involved in the process.
Shawn’s passionate about seeing raw land transform into family homes. His years in real estate, matched with construction expertise, allows him to create a vision from an empty plot, ensure owners are safeguarded against potential pitfalls, and guides them throughout the entire construction process from purchase through completion.
He believes in integrity, the honesty that comes with giving someone your word and the weight that carries, and delivering a home that exceeds your standards.
