initial Budget/build Consultation

Our first meeting is important. You determine your budget for the project, and we’ll help you figure out the rest taking into consideration all aspects of the build including your goal house size, specifics with your lot, your daily lifestyle, and dreams for your new home. This real-world, candid conversation will align us for a successful project.

Property Review

We review your raw land, infrastructure, and research surrounding areas. Prepping to ensure your lot is buildable. Setting up the site plan, and permit prep, doing all the needed work behind the scenes to streamline efforts.

Permit Submission

We take care of submitting for all of your permits, and communicate with your county to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Our established relationships aid on communication efforts and timelines.

Plan & Schedule

The team who runs the schedule wins. We meet our dates to keep things rolling and manage sub-contractors with realistic deadlines. It’s important to us, important to subs, and important to customers.

Inspections

We coordinate inspections and work to ensure all trades pass with flying colors. Should any adjustments be needed, we’ll make sure they are attended to immediately, and proactively manage follow-up.

Construction

As to be expected, our team of experts are hands-on for every step of the construction process. We don’t cut corners and make sure each house is built to the highest level of quality standards.

Quality Reviews

Our team consistently conducts quality reviews throughout the entire build process to ensure the output matches your high quality requirements, as well as ours.

Final Walkthroughs

Together we’ll inspect all areas, take care of touch ups, and walk you through the maintenance and specifics about your new home to help you prolong the life of your home.
